Position OverviewThe Part-Time Site Operations & Logistics Specialist is a hands‑on, independent operations professional responsible for supporting facilities coordination, maintenance oversight, and shipping/logistics functions. The ideal candidate is professional, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities across facilities and logistics with minimal supervision. The Part-Time Site Operations & Logistics Specialist will work 15–20 hours a week with a flexible daytime schedule.
Responsibilities- Coordinate equipment and office moves.
- Retrieve materials from the delivery dock.
- Support badge access and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate autoclave and facility maintenance services.
- Assist with the purified water system and lab equipment access.
- Participate in freezer temperature monitoring.
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and sample logistics.
- Support liquid and solid waste handling.
- 3+ years in facilities, site operations, or logistics support.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with hands‑on operational work.
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or laboratory environments.
- Vendor coordination experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive hourly pay.
