Oncology Nurse Navigator | HMH Mountainside Medical Center Montclair | No Call​/Weekends

Mountainside Medical Center is seeking a nurse practitioner to serve in the role of Oncology Nurse Navigator joining its established team in Montclair, NJ.

We are searching for a compassionate caregiver who will assist in guiding patients through the cancer care journey—connecting them with internal/external resources by assisting with coordinating multidisciplinary care and ensuring timely referrals and treatment initiation.

• At least 2 years of oncology nursing experience
• Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with New Jersey license or ability to obtain.

• Minimum of 5 years of oncology nursing experience w/ demonstrated expertise in complex cancer care pathways.
• Oncology NP Certification

• Join 3 oncologists and an experienced support staff
• Enjoy working in the Inpatient/Outpatient settings
• Manage oncology patient care coordination across the continuum (diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and palliative care)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8 a.m-5 p.m.
• No Call
• No Weekend Requirement

Salary starting at $120,000
