RN - MedSurg

The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, particularly in a telemetry setting. The nurse will monitor patients' cardiac status, manage dysrhythmias, and ensure effective use of telemetry equipment.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Manage dysrhythmias and provide necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide peripheral line care and management.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.

• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience with the Epic charting system preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
