Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor

Per Diem shifts available for 3p-11p and weekends.

We are immediately hiring for a Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor in a long‑term care setting at Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center.

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Performing resident/patient assessments.
• Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
• Checking residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records.
• Overseeing clinical operations; RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks.
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Acting as a leader, providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Assisting in the admissions and discharge process.

• Nursing and management experience in a long‑term care environment.
• Must be an RN, registered nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Must have current RN license and current CPR or BLS certification.
