Field Nurse​/Per Diem RN

The Field Nurse for our home care agency is per diem and must possess a valid Registered Nurse's (RN) license. Duties include being responsible for providing skilled nursing care and supervision to patients in their homes or via mobile communication if home visit is not possible. Must be able to communicate in English efficiently. They assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide preventative, supportive and restorative care in a timely manner.

The Field Nurse collaborates with the DN, CEO and administrator to ensure the highest quality of care. The Field Nurse follows the ANA Standards of Care and agency policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
