About the Role
We re looking for a Senior Manager of Retail and Experiential Marketing to join our Marketing team and help us bring the Jones Road experience to life in meaningful, memorable ways. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you ll collaborate closely with our Brand, Retail, and Product teams to develop and execute innovative experiential marketing strategies that drive brand discovery, community engagement, and retail performance.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of retail marketing and experiential activations. You ll be instrumental in shaping our sampling strategy for 2026, creating disruptive events that capture attention, and building comprehensive marketing playbooks that drive traffic and sales across our retail locations.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute national sampling strategy and programming to maximize product discovery and trial
- Create and manage a disruptive event strategy that generates buzz and drives brand awareness
- Support product launches with compelling in-real-life executions that bring our products to market in memorable ways
- Build 360-degree marketing playbooks for retail, including local social media, email, and geo-targeted digital advertising
- Concept, plan, and support execution of monthly in-store event programming, from masterclasses with lead makeup artists to community collaborations and influencer experiences
- Collaborate as primary liaison between Corporate Marketing and Retail Field teams, ensuring store managers have the tools and assets needed for successful campaign execution
- Lead comprehensive marketing launch strategies for new store openings, ensuring high-impact opening weeks and sustained post-launch momentum
- Liaise with shopping center marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Define, track, and report on KPIs for retail marketing efforts, including door counts, event ROI, and impact on total sales performance
- 8-10 years of marketing experience with proven success in retail marketing and experiential activations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complexity with ease and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Track record of developing scalable experiential marketing programs and regional marketing playbooks
- Agency experience welcomed, with preference for startup environment experience
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Consistently deliver against agreed-upon KPIs for retail traffic, engagement, and sales performance
- Build and launch a robust, scalable sampling and experiential program that can expand nationally
- Create comprehensive retail marketing playbooks that drive successful launches and sustained growth across all locations
- Establish Jones Road as a leader in innovative, community-driven experiential marketing within the beauty industry
