Job Overview

Valley & Bloom Apts. (LCOR) is seeking a Part-time Porter to join our team (25 hours a week). Position starts in April 2026.

• Resident package delivery.
• Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Lobby, Corridors, Office, Amenities, Roof Terrace and all common areas.
• Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with garbage and recyclable items removal daily; assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc.
• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Physical Demands:
  Equal amount of walking, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, and bending.
• Assist with moving appliances, water heaters, planters, garbage cans, parking blocks, abandoned furniture and supplies as needed.
• Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations. May be required to work weekends.
• Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc.

• Candidate must be reliable, personable and customer oriented.
• English proficiency required.
• Proven ability to deliver 5-star customer service.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, working knowledge of Building Link a plus.
• Availability to cover other shifts during the week from time to time.
• Ability to work regularly scheduled overnight shifts, including weekends as needed.
