• Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000‑sq‑ft facility offering cutting‑edge technology, patient‑focused care, 365 beds, 1,200+ employees, and a 27‑bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.

The Clinical Educator is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and implementing educational programs for nursing personnel, creating a framework that promotes growth and development of licensed and unlicensed staff.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 1‑3+ years as an RN in a hospital setting and education experience that includes leadership, facilitation, and educator roles.
• Experience developing and facilitating nursing/healthcare education programs.

• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience leveraging learning management systems.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
