The Woodhouse Day Spa is currently hiring Full-Time Spa Concierge team members. If you are passionate about hospitality, driven by excellence, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to meet you!

Our Spa Concierges make the magic happen by providing warm, thoughtful, and seamless guest experiences from start to finish.

• Provide personalized attention from the moment each guest walks through the door
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, locker room amenities, and spa offerings
• Answer phones with professionalism and a positive, welcoming tone
• Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring the spa is clean, safe, and beautifully presented with the right lighting, music, and scent
• Remember and deliver the small details that make Woodhouse special—favorite beverages, warm neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
• Support the leadership team by helping ensure daily operations run smoothly

• Full-time position (36+ hours per week)
• Required availability: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees working 36+ hours
