We are a fast-growing pavement maintenance company looking for a hands‑on General Manager to run day‑to‑day field operations. We provide line striping, seal coating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, sweeping, and snow services.
This role involves managing crews and doing field work when needed.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily field operations and crews
- Run projects from start to finish
- Perform site surveys and take measurements
- Maintain equipment and prepare materials for jobs
- Identify additional work while on‑site
- Assist with scheduling and quality control
- Experience in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or similar trades
- Ability to lead crews
- Mechanical skills for equipment upkeep
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work outdoors and lift equipment
- Flexible schedule during peak season/weather
- Line striping or seal coating experience
- Asphalt repair or snow removal experience
- English/Spanish bilingual
