A community-focused nonprofit in Montclair is seeking a Teen Center Lead to provide leadership and direction. This role involves overseeing program services, ensuring quality success, and engaging teens in various activities. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. CPR/AED and First Aid Certification are required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a potential hourly pay rate of $16.13 - $17.00.
