The Work: As the Adult School Marketing & Technology Assistant, you’ll create eye-catching social media posts, coordinate publicity campaigns, draft press releases, and design marketing materials. You’ll track and maintain student laptops, troubleshoot technical issues, and set up classroom media equipment for Adult School classes. You’ll assist with student registration, support class development, and collaborate with staff to promote a welcoming, innovative learning environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Constant Contact.
• Strong technology skills, including troubleshooting and proficiency with Macs and PCs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate some evening hours.

Recommended (but not required)

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in public relations or marketing.
• Familiarity with classroom technology setup and maintenance.
• Foreign language proficiency, particularly Spanish.
