Road Maintenance Tech​/CDL Equipment Operator

Yellowstone Club is seeking candidates for Road Maintenance Tech/CDL Equipment Operators. This is a multi-skill full-time year-round position with varying duties depending on the time of year.

This role is responsible for the operation and routine maintenance of equipment and performing manual labor tasks for the Yellowstone Club property. The operator runs various types of equipment such as dump trucks, winter plow vehicles, water trucks, excavators, motor grader, backhoe, forklifts, lowboy, wheel loader, tractor, and additional similar equipment. The operator position performs other construction and manual labor-related duties as necessary.

• Operate and maintain equipment used on Yellowstone Club property, including dump trucks, winter plow vehicles, water trucks, excavators, motor graders, backhoes, forklifts, lowboys, wheel loaders, tractors, and similar equipment.
• Perform manual labor and construction tasks as required by the season and club needs.
• Safely transport equipment around Yellowstone Club property and learn the roadways and travel routes.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks individually or as part of a team.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs when necessary, and operate in various weather conditions.

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training, or job-related coursework.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred Class B CDL with air brake and 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to learn and memorize multiple snow plow routes.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, day and night.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and instructions.
• Preferred experience operating light and heavy equipment.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Be able to work outside in inclement weather and adverse conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently alone or with a team.
• Adhere to safety practices and early morning start times when necessary.
