What You’ll Do
- Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform interior and exterior trim carpentry.
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions.
- Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, sanders, etc.).
- Load/unload materials and prepare job sites.
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation.
- Provide professional, customer-facing service.
- Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- 1–3+ years of carpentry or window/door installation experience (preferred).
- Strong trim carpentry and finish skills (preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions (preferred).
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Commitment to safety (pass a pre-employment physical and drug test).
- Perform heavy physical demands, lift up to 100lbs occasionally, frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, work performed in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Professional attitude and team mindset.
