LCWSD is seeking a permanent, full-time Water &
Wastewater Operator to help operate and maintain the
Districts water and sewer systems.

This is a hands-on career position for someone who enjoys
problem solving, working outdoors, and being part of a
fast-paced team environment.

Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Training and certification support provided.

Position Details:
$24 - $34 per hour (DOE)
Full-time career position
100% paid medical benefits, State pension, paid time off
On-call rotation required
Must live within a 20-minute response time of the District or be willing to relocate

Enjoys hands-on work and troubleshooting systems
Works well independently and as part of a team
Can respond to emergencies when on call

Certifications

Operator 1 (Entry Level)
No certifications required. District-paid training.

Operator 2 (Certified)
Montana Water Class 3A 3B OR Wastewater Class 1C
certification
