We're looking for skilled tradespeople who can handle all aspects of residential framing under the direction of a foreman. Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of framing residential structures
• Follow direction from the on-site foreman to meet quality and safety standards
• Interpret and work from blueprints and construction plans
• Assist with material handling and staging
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Contribute to the timely completion of construction phases

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction experience preferred
• Strong framing skills and general carpentry knowledge
• Ability to take direction and follow through with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and physically capable of demanding labor
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation preferred
