Field Service Technician I​/II

Position Summary

The Field Service Technician is a hands‑on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Ener Star is looking for Field Service Technicians to join our results‑driven team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our clients with rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairs—making a direct impact every day.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor, ensuring high‑quality service and clear communication with clients. • Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
• Champion Ener Star Core Values in all professional activities
• Perform basic plumbing repairs
• Install and repair flooring
• Perform basic electrical repairs
• Paint as needed
• Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis
• Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
• Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations
• Promote quality assurance to clients
• Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned

The individual in this role must be able and willing to travel as required by Ener Star.

• Physical Requirements:
  
  Frequent lifting (must be able to lift 50 pounds), bending, climbing, walking, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces. Candidates must have the physical ability to safely perform these tasks.
• Medical Fitness:
  Due to the nature of the work and safety protocols, candidates must be medically fit to handle physically demanding tasks and work in varying environmental conditions. Pre‑employment and periodic medical evaluations may be required.
