Reporting to the Store Manager, this position assists in managing the hardgoods sales staff, controlling department inventory, and achieving maximum profitability while maintaining best‑in‑class guest service.

• Generate sales and maintain high standards for guest service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Maintain merchandising of hardgoods product lines and store cleanliness standards.
• Drive boot‑to‑customer fit sales by demonstrating proper fitting techniques.
• Assist the store manager in monitoring payroll budget, hiring, training, coaching, and maintaining a high‑quality staff.
• Administer company policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain company‑required documentation.
• Multi‑task and succeed within the company.
• Open and close the store as required in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

• Strong ski and/or ride background.
• Minimum of two years of boot fitting experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the snowsport industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a recurring basis.
