Overview
Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana. The Club offers its Members a private ski and golf experience with skiing and snowboarding, an 18-hole golf course, rivers, hiking, biking, and more. Our employees help create the Yellowstone Club experience, providing the highest level of guest service and attention to detail for Members and guests.
Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Bartender for the upcoming winter season.
Experience/Education RequiredHigh school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework required;
Three years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar; two to three years of experience in a small restaurant or bar will be considered.
- Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining service standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
- Guarantee total guest satisfaction by displaying hospitality and professionalism at all times; represent Yellowstone Club professionally with Members and guests and ensure all transactions with guests are handled legally and ethically.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for employees, members, and guests. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster a positive working environment.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the Restaurant Outlet.
- Interact with Members and guests, taking orders and serving beverages.
- Assess Members' and guests' needs and preferences and make beverage recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Check identification to confirm legal drinking age.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
