Role Description

We are seeking an Advanced Cook 2 to join our culinary team at our on‑site location in East Glacier Park, MT. This is a full‑time position responsible for preparing high‑quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety protocols. Day‑to‑day tasks include food preparation, cooking to menu specifications, inventory management, and assisting with the training and mentoring of kitchen staff. The Advanced Cook 2 will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional food quality and presentation.

Qualifications
  • Proven culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe adherence
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Time management skills to efficiently plan, prioritize, and execute tasks
  • Prior cooking or hospitality experience in a professional kitchen is an asset
  • Formal culinary training or a degree in a related field is a plus
  • Passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
