• Prepare meal ingredients as directed by the executive chef or sous chefs.
• Peel, cut, and portion fresh produce to ensure dishes are ready for cooking.
• Assist with preparing simple dishes like salads, breads, or sauces.
• Mix condiments, dressings, and sauces to complement dishes.
• Follow health, safety, and food handling protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with unloading, inspecting, and storing raw ingredients and supplies.
• Be an ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and values with colleagues and guests.

• At least one year of culinary experience or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic culinary knowledge or eagerness to develop your skills.
• Proficient knife skills or the willingness to improve.
• Reliability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
