• Manage all aspects of sandwich shop operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, training, discipline, and more.
• Maintain labor and sales figures.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
• Engage guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the shop clean in accordance with state, federal, and company standards.
• Handle daily cash drops and end‑of‑shift reports.
• Provide assistance to guests and teammates as needed.
• Serve as a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of F&B experience in a high‑volume café or restaurant setting preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Hospitality POS systems experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guests.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Commitment to Safety First and high‑quality cleaning & sanitizing standards.
• Organized with an eye for detail.
• Kind to others and always bring your best.
• Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions.

The starting wage for this role is $18.00.
