• Provide comprehensive bedside care to acute care patients, including Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Execute physician orders accurately and promptly to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms continuously, adjusting care as necessary to ensure safety and well-being.

At least 2 years of Med Surg, ER, or Swing Bed experience.
