This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dillon, MT, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will ensure the operational functionality and safety of equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, identifying and resolving technical problems, and collaborating with team members to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance practices
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair techniques for industrial and operational equipment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting
• Additional certifications or training in industrial maintenance are advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
