Machine Operator​/Packer

Experience not necessary; training provided!

Location: Atlanta, GA

Laddawn has manufacturing facilities located from coast to coast, which allows us to rapidly ship to our customers no matter where they are located. You’ll help us inspect and package finished product that wows our customers.

• Packaging bags/rolls into boxes, weighing the boxes, and keeping accurate counts in the computer system.
• Performing quality control checks on product and ensuring that all products are properly labeled with a Q.C. sticker before stacking finished product.
• Keeping the work area clean and clutter free: picking up scrap materials around the production lines and cutting scrap off cores.
• Alerting Setup Technicians or Changeover Technicians using the light system to keep them informed of production status.

Production workers are scheduled 12 hours per day, 4 days per week, and work every other weekend.
Day shift is scheduled from 8am-8pm. Night shift is scheduled from 8pm-8am.

• Work independently and use common sense and critical thinking skills to handle and resolve problems.
• Measure small increments on a ruler.
• Read order specifications in English and use basic math skills.
• Be punctual and arrive at the production line on time.
• And you cannot be afraid of heights

High School Diploma or equivalent

• Regularly required to stand and communicate
• Ability to see and hear
• Occasionally required to stretch, bend, climb or balance
• Often required to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
• Frequently required to lift 30 to 40 pounds
• Occasionally climb towers up to 35 feet high
