What You'll Do as a Shift Manager:

You'll lead every shift to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness at the highest level.

Responsibilities include:

* Leading and motivating crew

* Ensuring Food Safety standards

* Managing inventory

* Monitoring safety & security

* Driving shift performance and profitability

* Training and developing team members

* Scheduling and internal communication

* Maintaining daily cleanliness standards

* Delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

* Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, hospitality)

* Positive attitude

* Strong communication skills

* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible schedule

* 18 years or older
