Overview
Provide strategic and functional oversight of the Tribal Operations Programs, plans and budgets. Deliver supervisory oversight and leadership to the Tribes Branch Managers as assigned. Plan and implement necessary structure and strategy to meet the operational needs of the Tribe. Work in collaboration with the Secretary-Treasurer/CEO and senior leadership to plan, implement, improve and evaluate policies and procedures to support the tribal operations with a high level of decision making and leadership to promote Tribal goals and priorities.
Build and foster a success-orientated and accountable organizational environment. Protect and ensure that all assets and resources of the tribe are safeguarded through effective management and financial best practices.

- Deliver supervisory oversight and leadership to the Tribes Branch Managers as assigned.
- Plan and implement necessary structure and strategy to meet the operational needs of the Tribe.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
- 7-10 years in senior management experience, with Tribal government. A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Have a track record of effectively leading an outcome-based organization, with specific examples of operationalized strategies that have led to progressive organizational development.
- Will be required to submit and pass a rigorous in-depth background, reference, character, past employment and financial investigation.
