Maintenance Technician

The successful applicant must have a High school diploma or equivalent. At least three years’ experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other related home repair. Must possess a current, valid Montana Driver’s License and have no alcohol-related convictions within the past three years. Must be physically capable to perform strenuous tasks in adverse weather conditions. Will be required to work “on call” when scheduled.

All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript/degree, applicable certifications, copy of valid driver’s license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted.
FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS.
This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $18.68 - $ per hour, plus benefits.
