Overview
One Health is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician who’s excited to support staff across multiple locations and help keep our technology running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting end users, and working with a mission-driven team dedicated to community health, this is the role for you!

Schedule:
Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (Can also do 4/10s) | Pay: $22.88- $24.41/hr DOE
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll make sure our staff have the tech tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and support technology across several One Health sites.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running efficiently
- Install and set up workstations, hardware, software, and user accounts
- Train employees on technology use and provide on-demand support when needed
- Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, software, and technology resources
- Monitor system performance, security, and accessibility across sites
- Recommend technology improvements, upgrades, and solutions
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year of IT experience
Preferred
- Associate degree in IT, business, or related field
- 1–3 years of IT support experience (or combined education/experience)
- Technical troubleshooting
- Customer service and communication
- Problem solving and analysis
