Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Houseman/Set up Crew for the upcoming Summer Season!

The purpose of the Houseman/Set up Crew is to assist in the aspects of banquets or events including set‑up, tear‑down, floor flips, and cleanup while focusing on detail of quality presentation and member/guest satisfaction.

• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

• Assist with the coordination of furniture and product delivery with suppliers, contractors, employees, vendors, and departments.
• Assist with revising room layouts for each event.
• Assist Event Managers to ensure complete effective communication of proper table and equipment setup and tear‑downs.
• Assist with on‑site production and clean up for events as necessary.
• Set all furniture, chairs and necessary equipment per BEO and Event Manager needs.
• Ensure proper equipment is working for buffet tables and other food service tables.
• Be able to read and execute BEO’s.

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job‑related coursework required.
• Scissor lift, small machinery, and warehouse truck experience a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof‑reading skills, and speaking.
• Excellent organization skills and experience with project management.

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
