Maintenance Associate

• Help prepare lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and a variety of other buildings for opening.
• Responsible for general maintenance and repair & other improvements to buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Trash removal and hauling for disposal.
• Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.
• This description outlines high‑level duties; tasks may evolve based on team and company needs.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guests.
• 2‑3 years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to work solo or as part of a team.
• Commitment to Safety First.
• Great organizational skills and eye for detail.
• Kindness to others and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills, always offering ideas and solutions.

The starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour.
