As a Property Inspector, you will be essential to enhancing the quality of guest experiences our luxury properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Home Inspections:
  Ensuring each home is impeccably prepared and ready for guests and homeowners.
• Property Manager & Maintenance:
  Collaborating with the PM team and Maintenance in assisting in the health and longevity of the property and repair services efficiently.
• Guest Communication:
  Assist with any guest requests or troubleshooting needs stemming from the Guest Services Manager and team. Meet guests at the home upon arrival to assist with luggage and answer any questions about the property or Big Sky.
• Problem Solving:
  Ability to work independently and solve common household problems on the spot using the tools and resources available.

• Detail‑Oriented:
  Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem Solver:
  Ability to tackle challenges with discretion and efficiency.
• Maintenance Knowledge:
  Basic understanding of home systems and maintenance is a plus.
