- Ensure all sanitation guidelines are followed when cleaning and maintaining rooms, suites, linen, laundry, and public areas.
- Vacuum floors, dust, empty wastebaskets, transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies according to housekeeping procedures and disinfect bathrooms.
- Keep linen, laundry rooms, and work areas neat, clean, and organized.
- Interact on occasion with guests while cleaning guest and meeting rooms, and assist guests with on‑hand room supplies such as towels or toiletries.
- Report maintenance repair problems to supervisor and log lost‑and‑found items daily.
- Stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, carry, lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Report directly to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Three (3) months of experience at a high‑end hotel, resort, or private club.
- Must complete a pre‑employment background check at employer’s expense.
- Unable to travel is acceptable; daily transportation to and from worksite is not provided.
- Employee housing is within walking distance to worksite.
- On‑the‑job training is provided.
Wage: $18.88 – $20.88 per hour, paid weekly.
Overtime: $28.32 – $31.32 per hour.
Schedule:
35 hours per week; hours may vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Shifts may start at 5:00 am or 3:00 pm and end at 12:00 pm or 10:00 pm.
Optional housing is offered on a first‑come, first‑serve basis for workers who are relocating to the area. Cost is $85.00 per week and is deducted from the paycheck if accepted.
Employee may be eligible for period wage increases, seasonal bonuses, or other performance‑based pay based on the length of the season and work performance. Bonus eligibility and amount are at the discretion of the Leadership Team.
Transportation and subsistence costs are reimbursed as follows: if the worker completes 50% of the contract period, the employer will pay or reimburse transportation and subsistence from the recruitment location to the work site. Return transportation and subsistence costs are covered by the employer during the last work week. Daily subsistence is provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel up to $68.00 per day with receipts.
Inbound transportation and subsistence costs are reimbursed within the first work week, and outbound costs during the last work week. The reimbursement amounts will correspond to the most economical common carrier for the distances involved.
