Lead Golf Shop Associate

• Maintain carts, clubs, and other equipment
• Register golfers, collect payment, supply rental equipment, and related duties
• Display, promote, and sell merchandise in the golf shop
• Make frequent rounds of the course as assigned to set and remove pins, remove trash, and note course conditions
• Assist with organization of group outings, tournaments, and similar events
• Keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to a supervisor
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous golf shop experience preferred
• Experience with golf tournaments and events preferred
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest experience
• Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Commitment to Safety First and high standards of cleaning and sanitizing
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Kind to others and always put your best forward
• Good communicator, able to share ideas and solutions

The starting wage for this role is $15.50/hour.
