Yellowstone Club’s Lodgekeeping department is currently seeking candidates for a Lodgekeeping Driver for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment months are May-September.

The purpose of the Lodgekeeping Driver is to make sure that all assigned staff are safely transported to their assigned areas and provide overall cleanliness of all assigned Public/Common areas in accordance with Yellowstone Club Cleaning Standards.

Starting at $20/hour

Major Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  • Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your direct manager, the Director of Housekeeping, or Human Resources immediately.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Essential Job Functions
  • Follow all driver safety precautions including; wearing safety belts at all times, observing and maintaining speed limits and traffic laws, ensuring occupants are wearing safety belts, and never attempting to put self or others at risk at any time.
  • Ensure vehicle is prepared to be driven by regularly checking exterior and interior for any issues, report any previous or new vehicle or building damage immediately to direct supervisor.
  • Participate in department’s shuttle program by driving to and from employee housing, the Club and other designated stops as noted in the driver’s transportation information.
  • Drive team members to and from assigned areas throughout the Club.
  • Support Lodgekeepers in cleaning and maintaining Public/Common areas, locker rooms, rest rooms, departmental offices, and Employee areas.
  • Maintain cleaning totes, carts, linen rooms and Lodgekeeping equipment and supplies in neat and orderly fashion.
  • Operate within various Lodgekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to Lodgekeeping services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of visited Public/Common areas and maintain privacy of Members at all times.
  • Assist with laundry as needed.
  • Assist in preparing new venues, buildings, or other property locations for opening in advance of Club Opening and as needed.
  • Comply with all Club policies, procedures, and standards of operation.
  • Comply with OSHA standards for chemical handling.
  • May assign duties/give instructions to other Lodgekeepers or team members as needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate and complete all necessary training or classes required by Yellowstone Club, Human Resources or your Direct Supervisor
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
