Laundry Attendant - Glacier Park Lodge

Providing our guests with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment to rest and recharge after their adventures is central to our service.

• Laundry Attendants help create a restful and relaxing stay by ensuring all public spaces and guest requests are handled daily.
• Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold linens, towels, and other laundry items by size and material.
• Treat stains and assess damaged linen.
• Operate washers and dryers and follow all safety measures.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities and surrounding areas at all times.
• Lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods as needed.
• Train new colleagues.
• Perform routine checks on laundry machines and report any deficiencies to the Supervisor.
• Strip guest rooms and remove used linen and towels when necessary.
• Make beds, change linen, and distribute clean towels and toiletries on request.
• Carry guest luggage up to 30 kg when necessary.
• Interact with guests to provide basic information on facilities and the area.
• Stock linen closet and supplies area as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

• Previous housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial experience is an asset.
• Ability to communicate with guests; read, write, and speak English.
• Self-motivated and dependable, able to accept direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative team member who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment.
