We’re seeking individuals with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Provide top‑tier housekeeping services, including:
  • Changing sheets and towels.
  • Restocking toiletries and amenities.
  • Vacuuming, dusting, and tidying rooms and common areas.
• Ensure guests’ privacy and adhere to company policies regarding work shifts and handling personal belongings.
• Report any guest property left behind and return lost items appropriately.
• Identify and report any property damage to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Haus‑Keepers to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Clean, disinfect, and properly store all equipment at the end of each shift.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping‑related issues such as spills, broken glass, or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linens.
• Perform detailed deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Uphold Gravity Haus’ service standards to ensure a consistently high‑quality guest experience.
• Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers.
