Big Sky Resort joins an elite global roster alongside Tokyo, Beverly Hills, and Brooklyn, marking a bold new chapter for Montana's evolving cultural landscape. The Overnight Cleaner is an important part of the team that promotes high sanitation standards by maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment for our guests. This is a full-time position paid hourly. Candidates must be willing to work five days a week (40+ hours per week).

Open availability is preferred.

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including but not limited to:
  • Work stations
  • Cooking equipment
  • Walls/Floors
  • Coolers
• Properly and safely maintain all chemicals and cleaning supplies required
• Reporting any malfunctioning equipment or equipment issues to management
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary equipment
• Empty garbage and maintain the cleanliness of garbage areas
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Unprecedented work ethic
• 1+ years of experience in a support (dish, porter) role
• Works well in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Safe operation experience - dish machine, cleaning tools
• Thinks quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Ability to perform job functions w/ minimal supervision

• Able to stand for 8+ hours per shift
• Able to lift, move, or pull up to 35 lbs
• Able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
