Night Auditor

Job Title

Night Auditor – Pursuit Collection, West Glacier, MT

As a Night Auditor, you will support front desk operations overnight, ensuring seamless guest experiences and accurate nightly reporting.

• Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessary
• Communicate with night security and report any guest issues
• Communicate with night maintenance to report any issues
• Print next day reports for arrivals, departures, and vacant rooms
• Ensure guest wake‑up calls are logged into the phone system
• Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

• Previous Front Desk/Night Auditor experience preferred but not required – training available
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team and guest service
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and high quality cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, suggesting ideas and solutions

The starting wage for this role is $16.75 per hour.
