The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Gravity Haus. This hands‑on leadership role supports daily housekeeping operations, trains and develops new staff, ensures quality control, and assists with inventory and process improvements. By setting the tone on the floor and leading by example, the Housekeeping Lead helps create a welcoming and well‑maintained environment for guests, members, and owners.
Job Type: Full‑time
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas are maintained to Gravity Haus standards.
- Train, coach, and support new team members, ensuring consistent execution of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and guest service expectations.
- Assign daily tasks and duties to housekeeping staff, monitoring performance and providing feedback to drive excellence and efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of new housekeeping processes, technologies, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular supply counts and alerting the Housekeeping Manager when items are low or need replenishment.
- Respond to guest requests and service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections of rooms and public spaces to verify quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Engineering teams to coordinate room readiness, maintenance needs, and special projects.

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or multi‑property hospitality environments.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in housekeeping operations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
- Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or push up to 30 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
