PT - Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position with a great possibility for extension.

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an open-minded Physical Therapist who is willing to adapt to our "Friends Healing Friends" approach in our community. The Physical Therapist will implement individualized programs of physical therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, education, and effective communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving their functional goals. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff, ensuring a collaborative environment.

• Carry out individualized physical therapy programs for patients
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and educate patients on physical therapy techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff
• Adapt to various patient needs in outpatient settings

Must possess relevant qualifications and licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience in outpatient care is essential, and ability to treat most patient needs is required.
