One Health is looking for a compassionate, motivated Peer Support Specialist to join our Drop‑In Center team! If you’re in stable recovery and passionate about supporting others on their behavioral health journey, we’d love to meet you.

Mon‑Fri 7:30am - 4:00pm
Salary: $18.31‑$18.91/hr DOE
What You’ll Do- Provide peer support to individuals facing substance use or mental health challenges
- Help clients access resources, follow‑up care, and community support
- Lead recovery groups, fitness sessions, and offer Narcan trainings
- Support a welcoming, positive environment as the first point of contact at the center
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make a meaningful community impact
- Lived experience with SUD and/or mental health conditions (minimum 2 years successful recovery)
- High school diploma/GED
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to obtain peer support and other required certifications
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- A desire to engage with the community and support others on their path to healing
