Health Services department which includes the Community Health Representatives, prevention/education, public education and diabetes programs. Plan, organize and direct these Health support and health education programs in coordination with the IHS. Provide health promotional services for other health programs. Administer, develop, monitor and comply with procedures, contracts, budget management, grants and progress toward intended long term plans and goals. Assess community needs for supportive health service.
Provide services for substance abuse, behavioral health and public health services. Master's degree in Public Health.
Three years' experience in public health education and health administration. Three years supervisory experience. Valid Oregon driver’s license. Not engage in dysfunctional use of alcohol or any other illicit drug use. Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to submit and pass a per-employment drug/alcohol screening.
