Your Role in Action
  • Support clinicians during exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments with precision and care.
  • Prepare students for exams—collecting vital signs, medical history, and specimens when needed.
  • Organize the exam area with the right supplies and hygiene protocols.
  • Be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm presence in the clinic, and the teammate everyone relies on.
  • Adapt to the dynamic pace of a school environment while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and quality care.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) ready to make a difference.
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, organization, and communication skills to support students, families, and clinical staff.
  • Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a fast-moving environment—while maintaining empathy and accuracy.
  • (Preferred) One year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • (Preferred) Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, basic lab values, infection control, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.
