- Support clinicians during exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments with precision and care.
- Prepare students for exams—collecting vital signs, medical history, and specimens when needed.
- Organize the exam area with the right supplies and hygiene protocols.
- Be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm presence in the clinic, and the teammate everyone relies on.
- Adapt to the dynamic pace of a school environment while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and quality care.
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) ready to make a difference.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, organization, and communication skills to support students, families, and clinical staff.
- Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a fast-moving environment—while maintaining empathy and accuracy.
- (Preferred) One year of experience in a clinical setting.
- (Preferred) Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, basic lab values, infection control, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.
- Work close to home in Bigfork
