Job Information
Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant
Location: Warm springs, MT 59756
Duration: 03 months with possible extension
Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM
Role & Responsibilities- Assisting mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients, working under direction of nursing and medical staff.
- Assisting with daily living activities.
- Leading patients in educational and recreational activities.
- Accompanying patients to and from examinations and treatments.
- Restraining violent patients.
- Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
- Reminding patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
- Staying up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC only.
- Active CNA State license.
