Schedule: 40 hrs/week on-site (not remote)
Compensation: $110/hr (1099)

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD required) to join our team within a secure correctional facility in Deer Lodge, MT. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in assessment, evaluation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological services to an underserved population while supporting facility leadership and healthcare teams.

• Conduct neuropsychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Perform medical decision-making capacity evaluations.
• Provide consultation to mental health and facility leadership teams.
• Document findings clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health staff.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in a correctional setting.

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology (PhD required per facility).
• Active Montana Clinical Psychologist License.
• Ability to work on-site in a secure correctional environment.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and consultative skills.
• Prior correctional or forensic experience is a plus (not required).
