Earn up to $24.70 per hour. A Plus offers medical benefits and flexible hours. Addus Home Care is part of the Addus Home Care family of companies and we are looking for amazing CNAs. We offer multiple types of contracts and shift flexibility across assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care.
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care. CNAs help with ADLs, charting, and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided, and more shifts will become available upon fulfilling responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Document patient care and charting
- Execute plans of care as directed by supervisors
- Assist with mobility and personal care tasks
- Provide support in assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home settings
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Proof of current immunizations (including TB test, Hepatitis
B) - Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
