Yellowstone Club’s Health & Wellness department seeks an Esthetician for the Summer season (June – September). The purpose is to provide professional facial treatments, hair removal and cosmetic application for members and guests.

• Deliver outstanding guest service, greeting and acknowledging every member and guest.
• Guarantee total guest satisfaction with hospitality and professionalism.
• Apply property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster a positive environment.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all treatments, services and products; attend trainings.
• Perform facials and body treatments; prepare and maintain treatment area supplies.
• Ensure privacy of each member and guest; perform skin care treatments and touch therapies.
• Assess skin problems and recommend appropriate therapy; uphold sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Recommend retail products for at‑home use; ensure members feel welcome at appointment.
• Maintain spa appearance, cleanliness, and treatment room stock; assist in all areas of spa operation as requested.

• Perform all duties timely and efficiently under Club policies and service standards.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality and consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude; treat members, guests, vendors and co‑workers with professionalism.
• Maintain privacy and clean appearance at all times; communicate effectively with all employees.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; long hours may be required.

• High School diploma.
• 1‑2 years of esthetician services; previous customer service experience.

• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Current Montana Esthetician License.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

Speak clearly and effectively with members, guests, vendors and co‑workers. Write clearly and legibly.

Perform basic math calculations.

Solve basic problems and know when to involve a manager.

Climate‑controlled indoor; may work outside in extreme weather as needed.

Stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, lift up to 50 lbs; talk and hear constantly.
