Join our team at Pursuit Collection as a River Operations Support Specialist. We create unforgettable experiences across iconic destinations worldwide.

• Assist with depot setup, gear management, gear cleaning, and parking duties at the West Glacier Rafting Depot.
• Stage equipment, greet guests, and run shuttles for self‑guided trips.
• Give safety talks, demonstrate paddle skills, and help launch guests on self‑guided trips.
• Assist with maintenance, organization, and cleaning of Glacier Raft Co warehouses.
• Store gear, repair and maintain rafts, and repair and maintain camp equipment.
• Help keep boats, shuttle vehicles, and barn area clean and maintained.
• Keep a record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed with dinner setup.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
• Raft company experience preferred but not required; training is available.
• Willingness and ability to work solo and as part of a team.
• Commitment to Safety First and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Organized with a great eye for detail.
• Kind to others and always bring your best.
• Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions.
