Twin Bridges School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Middle School Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a close-knit group of students in a supportive rural school environment. The position is filling a combined ELA/Science vacancy; however, specific classes taught will depend on class schedule, candidate strengths, and district needs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with fellow teachers, support staff, administration, and families to create engaging learning experiences that help students grow academically and socially. Responsibilities include planning and delivering instruction aligned to Montana Content Standards, monitoring student progress, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting the overall success and well-being of middle school students.

Qualifications

* Montana Teaching License appropriate for a middle school teaching assignment, or the ability to obtain licensure by the start of the 2026–2027 school year

* Knowledge of effective instructional practices and differentiated instruction

* Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families

* Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment

Salary: TBD according to the negotiated CBA and STARS Act adherence.
